The UK Stewardship Code was primarily introduced to improve Corporate Governance in UK listed companies. Whilst firms that implement the Code are encouraged to adopt the Code for non-UK firms, because we invest for our clients only in Continental Europe (ex-UK) and Southeast Asia, Senhouse Capital LLP does not apply the provisions of the Code.
